Legendary Music TeleVision cable channel MTV ended
its 44-year run of broadcasting nothing but music on
New Year’s Eve.

They said goodbye with the same clip, Video Killed The Radio Star
(almost 500 million streams on Spotify) by London‘s pop celebs Buggles,
as the one they aired as the very first one back then.
