The band on their career so far.
“We’re incredibly proud to say that we made this on our own terms at home in Ireland.
No big machine behind us. No one telling us what it should sound like, when it should
come out, or what it should be. Just the four of us, our songs, and a belief in what we’re
making. Being an independent band is a big, bold, beautiful journey.
But it’s never easy. There have been plenty of moments where we’ve had to take a leap of faith and keep going. Every show, every song, every message, every person who has listened, bought a ticket, bought a record, shared a song, or simply stuck with us has given us more belief than you could ever imagine. We’ve poured everything we have into this album. It’s the most honest and best version of The Academic.”
