to feature this memorable moment here on Turn Up The Volume! Back in 2009 at the NME Awards the tremendously cool British singer/songwriter FLORENCE, without her Machine, and striking Scottish guitar rock outfit GLASVEGAS joined forces for a stunning cover of ELVIS PRESLEY’s classic Suspicious Minds.
The one-time collaboration was just awesome with overwhelming vocals by Florence
and Glasvegas frontman James Allen‘s yearning vox, while the band turned up the electrifying heat as the song progressed. The final result was magical and still causes goosebumps every time I press play. Definitely one of those rare, once in a lifetime momentums. Yes, that brilliantly good!
