Knowing True I know he likes to exaggerate to make his point. So is Porridge Radio the best band in the world. Right now? You bet! Until the next best band of the world shows up. One of this year’s best albums? Absolutely. Definitely. Unquestionably. This quartet swings from amplified pop to post-punk and back, with ardent passion, anarchic and sweet, chaotic and intense, zealous and plainspoken with frontwoman and future indie star Dana Margolin as the driving force.
