Despite the fact that, back in March, that nasty coronavirus started to change our way
of life drastically, I didn’t think for one second that the summer rock festivals were in jeopardy, assuming that the Covid-19 crisis would be a once-in-a-lifetime memory by then. With what we know today we desperately need a miracle for the festivals to go through in 2021.
From last April on all great festival organizers announced the cancellation of their 2020 edition and, almost simultaneously, started to reveal names for next year. But the current rumours tell us that 2021 might be another no-festival summer. Damn, damn, damn. Let’s pray to the Mighty God of All Rock Festivals. Millions around the globe want to freak out next year on a green post-corona field and I’ll be the first to do so. We were born to be wild and we want to keep on rockin’ in the free world with the smell of a lust for life spirit.
Dear God of Rock, listen up, please…
