Band: FRAU BLÜCHER AND THE DRÜNKEN HORSES
Who: A Punk N Roll band from Brussels, Belgium. The band started
in 2011 from what was initially meant to be a one-time jam. But so
far they made 4 albums. The name of the band is taken from a vicious
character in Mel Brooks‘ comic movie Frankenstein, a woman who has
a strange relationship with horses.
References: Ramones, L7, Motörhead,
Vice Squad, Plasmatics and many others.
Newest album: SMILE!
Turn Up The Volume: First things first: Lady Blücher doesn’t sing the blues,
she screams the punk. Expect red-hot-blooded racket from the 70s, the anarchy
decade of the middle-finger. That in-your-face spirit is still around these days and
will go on as long as life is a bitch and politicians are liars.
Jigsaw guitars, mad drums and spit and sneer yells test the resilience of your ears.
Beware, don’t mess with Blücher, when she says no she means no!! Die Messerscharfe Dame and her drunk Frankensteins are here to rock your ass. They salute all of
you out there who want to punk ‘n’ pogo.
