Scream-out-loud belter Lost My Job is based on a real-life situation and having to
deal with selling your stuff on eBay to make it through) and People In General features
a psychedelic monologue by Les ‘Fruitbat’ Carter from London’s post-punk legends Carter USM.

From there on the pace and vibe changes showing The Fades‘s versatile songwriting side with the horns-injected rollercoaster title track, the paranoiac mid-tempo guitar-deranged jams of Know It Along and Television and sing-along closer Wake Up Generation, a the Clash-like reggae earworm featuring (again) vivid female .
