Band: FINNEGAN’S HELL (Sweden)

Who: An exciting Celtic punk band from Sweden hitting
the European scene in recent years. Mixing Ramones
flavored Celtic drinking anthems with hillbilly country,
folk rock, reggae and metal, Finnegan’s Hell offers
a diverse listening experience.

This outfit’s last year’s Xmas chant Happy Christmas still is one of my favourite
festive carols. Why? It’s a mix of the classic festive drunkness of Shane McGowan‘s
gang The Pogues and the intoxicated lunacy of Dropkick Murphys. An alcohol-infused
Xmas hit.

If you had a shit 2022 and you want to drink yourself into oblivion with Santa in your local pub, ask the bartender to put Finnegan’s Hell on the stereo. In the end, after 20 spins and 20 pints, it may put a smile on your face.
