Joshua Michael Homme was born on
May 17, 1973 in Palm Springs, California.
Happy 50 to the main queen of the stone age.
The songwriter/producer and only continuous member of Queens Of The Stone Age
has released 7 LPs with the band. Number 8 is coming up. Hear the first single Emotion Sickness below.
On the side, he also formed Eagles Of Death Metal in 1998. And in 2009, he formed
the one-time operating Them Crooked Vultures with foo fighter Dave Grohl and former
Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones. In 2016, he released Post Pop Depression, an album with Iggy Pop.
