Who: A guitar forward, power-pop 4-piece from Vancouver, BC
operating somewhere between The Stones’ Exile on Main St. era
and Afghan Whigs.

New single/clip: HEAVY MACHINERY
The title track of the band’s upcoming debut EP.

It has Pytel’s (frontman) signature gravelly vocals and tongue-in-cheek lyrics
that paint a picture of a night out wandering around Vancouver’s East Side.

TUTV: It’s only rock ‘n’ roll but I like it. And if I tell you Heavy Machinery wouldn’t
be out of a place on one of post-rock noiseniks Hüsker Dü‘s (1979-1988) albums
you surely get what I mean. It’s an inflammable cranked-up crackajack with the
puissance of a well-oiled sonic machine and frontman Pytel‘s urgent vocal tone
having that intense Mould pipes energy all HD/Sugar fans know. Say no more.
