GEORGE HARRISON (25 February 1943 – 29 November 2001) was
the first Beatle to score a massive #1 hit single with My Sweet Lord.
No 1 in the UK, US, Ireland, New-Zealand, Mexico, and several European
countries.

It featured on his triple debut album All Things Must Past.

Later in the 1970s, the news spread that the song was subject of copyright
infringement due to its similarity to the Ronnie Mack song He’s Fine, a 1963 hit
for the New York girl group The Chiffons. Harrison had to pay a huge amount for
the plagiarism.
