Jay Concannon (vocalist): “It’s a stark reminder that life is short, and what is most important in life is often right in front of you. A song about the beginnings of the strain of age, the daily grind, and the small victories we take from each day. We have our own problems, but we are lucky to be here, and this is an acknowledgement of that, as well as a determination to break the monotonous grind.”
