Influenced by the likes of Wolf Alice, The Joy Formidable and Paramore, along
with the vocal production of Ethel Cain and the guitar sound of Deafheaven and
DIIV, Coming Up Roses also take inspiration from the vibrant sounds of the
burgeoning South East Asian indie scene, blending all this with other British
influences.
TUTV: Both feet on the accelerator pedal from the first chord on. Tired is a full
blast ahead crackerjack supercharged by screwed-up guitars, a rock-solid drum/bass partnership, and avid vocals. A steamroller that causes a burst of emotive energy and high-voltage electricity. Gorblimey! Your ears won’t get tired of this blitz belter.
