Nu metal champs DEFTONES are one of those countless bands that have
been around for decades (in this case, since 1988), disappear for some
years, come back, go on a long holiday and come back again.
It’s been 5 years now since they released
their latest longplayer Ohms. Yep, time
for another comeback.

LP number 10, baptized Private Music
is ready to attack their fans’ speakers
from August 22nd on.
First single MY MIND IS LIKE A MOUNTAIN
is a terrifically emotive drill hammer.
And the album will, of course, be followed by live action.
On November 1st, the deafening tune veterans will
organise their 6th own, one-day festival, and in 2026
they fly to EU/UK to cause some sonic havoc.
