‘Wall Of Glass’ by LIAM GALLAGHER

As already announced a couple of months go, the other famous GALLAGHER, the one
with the biggest mouth, yes, LIAM indeed, made his solo live debut with a concert in Manchester last night (May 30), premiering new songs but also playing a string of old
OASIS crackers. And today he shared the first single (annex video clip) off his debut
solo album, titled ‘As You Were‘, out in October. WALL OF GLASS is a vibrant, bluesy
mid-tempo rocker half Oasis/half Beady Eye with a soulful & electrifying chorus and
Liam‘s characteristic voice dominating all the way…

LIAM G. spoke to Pitchfork about the video: ‘I did get to wear a gold Saint Laurent
hooded jacket in one scene, which I convinced myself made me look like a modern
day Elvis, as he loved to wear gold suits.’

C’mon, get mad for it…

[Verse 1]
You would keep the secrets in ya’
You’ve been keeping paraphernalia, oh
I think you know
Anyone can walk up to ya’
Anyone can see right through your eyes
All night

[Chorus]
And I don’t need to be unkind
But I see what’s in your mind
And the stones you throw
Will turn back in its path
One day you’ll shatter like a wall of glass
Wall of glass
Wall of glass
One day you’ll shatter like a wall of glass

[Verse 2]
You believe in fascinations
And designer vaccinations, love
You get along
You were sold a one direction
I believe the resurrection’s on
And you were wrong

[Chorus] x 2
And I don’t need to be unkind
But I see what’s in your mind
And the stones you throw
Will turn back in its path
One day you’ll shatter like a wall of glass
Wall of glass
Wall of glass
One day you’ll shatter like a wall of glass
