New sonic impulses…

It’s almost seven years since grunge icons PEARL JAM released their 10th longplayer Lighting Bolt. Finally, last week, the band announced a brand new album called ‘GIGATON’, out 27th March. More info here.

And here’s the lead single of the record, titled ‘DANCE OF THE CLAIRVOYANTS’.
It starts with a groovy and playful drum/synth intro but the moment Eddie Vedder‘s characteristic and dominant vox kicks in the song’s dynamism gets an injection
while a funky beat evolves in the back. Compelling stroke. Welcome back, PJ!
