A reissue of SIGN O’ THE TIMES, the (double) 1987 masterwork album by
the late great genius PRINCE is planned for a 25th September release.

One of the previously unreleased tracks on it is COSMIC DAY of which the Prince estate
has finally found the full version. The catchy, upbeat track was recorded in November 1986, and although a snippet of the recording has been passed among collectors for
a long time, the full version was unfindable until now. A relief for all devoted fans of
The Purple Purv. To avoid misunderstandings it’s indeed Prince himself who sings – not
a woman – in his pitched-up voice.
