Band: SLIGHTEST CLUE
Who: Vancouver-based four-piece with each member
bringing distinct influences and experiences. Influenced
by such big names as Talking Heads Sonic Youth and Björk.

New single: ZIPPER

The lyrics came from frustrations with one’s own mental state,
and feeling trapped when you can remember a happy feeling but
your brain won’t deliver it when you need it most.

TUTV: Expect a roll-riff-licking ripper bucking up all the way. A sterling rocker
that scurries full tilt with swagger pushed by a flat-out rhythm section, chainsaw
guitars and peppy male/female vocals. When the sizzling chorus kicks in, it’s jump
up and down time. Zipper is a zig-zagging zinger of a song fighting its way to a boiling climax. I didn’t need a clue to come to that conclusion, I just listened, several times.
