Band: THE ROLLING PEOPLE
Who: Four 18-year-old indie rockers
from Stockport, UK

New single: I’LL BE THERE
From their upcoming EP

Charlie McNichol: “I’ll Be There is a song that we wrote out of a desire for a modern
rock anthem in a time where there are few in sight. We wanted to harness punk rock
but with more light hearted lyrics reminiscent of a love song.”

“Most of the tune revolves around the feeling of having someone’s back in all circumstances whether that be a friend or a lover, but also the anger and entrapment of selling out to live a life you truly don’t want to live.”

TUTV: My oh my, this titanic tune grabs you by the throat from the get-go. Its adrenalized resonance is huge and its sky-scraping vocality is massive. Stupendous drumming, sharp roasting guitars and a tremendously exuberant chorus combine for a storming stunner. These juvenile wolves burst with unyielding confidence and gusty bravado. Big feat, big score.

As long as young rollin’ people pick up a guitar, hit a drum and sing their hearts and
souls out like it happens just right here, rock and roll will survive. Amen to that.
