her tender music or makes you dance with her tiger-wild songs.

A highlight from her recently released new album HOLD.

Vera Jones: “For me, Kesergés is about a kind of cycle. Everything comes full circle, the
wheat ripens, the heart heals after it’s been hurt. The intro to the music is not coincidentally
a ‘uroboros’, a symbol of a snake biting its own tail. The fragmented but circular syllables also symbolize that everything we do will be reflected in our relationships, our living environment, but also in nature. This film is an impression of our brutal summer of 2022, where we had a very hot summer, so we tried to take many showers, while the Great Plain was severely damaged by drought. When I first saw this footage, I thought it was taken on another
continent, or at least in Southern Europe. This is happening now”

TUTV: Intruiging song. Intriguing voice. Intriguing artist.

Kesergés is a meditative reverie about the unexceptional hot summer we just experienced, confirming once more that our climate is messed up in an alarming way. Vera Jones creates an atmosphere of urgent reflection embedded in a mesmeric melody.

This pensive pearl is sung in her native Hungarian language. To be honest, I had no clue how Hungarian actually sounded until now, and its, yes, exotic resonance surprised me.

from 80s post-punk group Johanna’s House Of Glamour. working
constantly with other notable artists.

A few weeks ago they released OUTLAW EMPIRE.

Turn Up The Volume wrote: Outlaw Empire‘ grooves and moves with Massive Attack‘s
trip-hop swagger, spacey reverberance and a sickly sticky, ongoing dub rotation. If
you were/are a Pop Group fan you’ll recognize Maffia maestro Mark Stewart‘s voice
from the first note.

Boston’s Ambient Voyagers VIOLET NOX Share Razzle Dazzle Video Clip For Electro Stomper ‘SENZOR’

Experimental ambient voyagers VIOLET NOX – Dez DeCarlo and Andrew Abrahamson – from Boston contributed two pieces to a compilation entitled Enko Landmann’s Empire of the Four Moons. A project organized by German label Gruselthon putting the Utopian novel by German author Enko Landmann into music.

SENZOR is one of the two tracks. It’s a multi-layered electro stomper,
a razzle-dazzle enterprise into space, an intoxicating illusion.

The duo have a video out now for Senzor. A glitzy psychedelic-colored collage
of what looks to me as an ocean in motion beyond the earth’s atmosphere.

So it makes sense that as the Boston rock and roll brigade watches the world burn, an invitation is extended for everyone else to join in and drift into the “Jet Black Night” – all that’s needed is a little white noise and anesthesia.

A week ago Diablogato launched their new single, named JET BLACK NIGHT

and disaster we face, together we are not alone in the darkness facing it – into the ‘Jet Black Night’.”

groove for all doomed people out there, pretty much all of us. No rest for
the wicked. If we have to go down, let’s do it together while having bad-ass
blasts like this on the stereo.

SHAE: “‘Skeleton Closet’ is about the duality of social media: the public persona versus the private,” says Shae. “We don’t want people to know we are unhappy, to see the unpleasantries, so we post a photo of some lavish object we bought, or of ourselves smiling with, perhaps, people we loathe. The idea of social media as a means to connect and share all emotions has really backfired, hasn’t it? Instead, we bury our secrets. We put filters on not just our faces; we put them on our lives. And we all do it, to some extent.”

TUTV: Skeleton Closet is a metallic punk rock rollercoaster going forth and back,
exploding after a short we are so cute intro into a crushing hell-o-ween slam dunk
to scare your Dr. Jekykl and Mr. Hyde neighbors and all the double personalities
on social media (most of us). It’s a nightmare on Gretchen Shae Street soundtracked
with be-witch-ing vocals, guitar-creepy attacks and a scream-movie chorus.

Whatever you do on Halloween, don’t fall asleep.

LIAM GALLAGHER Teamed Up With Mental Health Charity Organisation For Affecting Video Clip For ‘TOO GOOD FOR GIVING UP’

Last May rock champion LIAM GALLAGHER released
his 3rd No 1 (in the UK) album C’Mon You Know.

Yesterday was World Mental Health Day and Liam was eager to do something to help to attract attention for this day. He teamed up with men’s mental health charity Talk Club.

Liam Gallagher: “We all know someone affected by suicide which sadly seems to be at an all-time high. I’ve lost many people far too early and it’s important to talk. I’m really pleased to be able to help in any way with this song and will be partnering with Talk Club on my track ‘Too Good For Giving Up’ LG x.”

Talk Club Charity‘s co-founders Ben Akers and Gavin Thorpe: “Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50. And Liam is a hero to many of that generation. So to be collaborating with him on something that raises the awareness of Talk Club, and gets men talking and improving their mental fitness, will save lives.”

Kidd: “Our biggest enemy is usually ourselves. We subconsciously sabotage
our own lives constantly. This video was a fun way to show that. We wanted it
to be funny and lighthearted but also touch on some actual stuff and not be
superficial.”

Turn Up The Volume: Yeah! Holy smoke, yeah! Slacker storms full tilt from
the get-go and never slows down. It’s a maddening missile that explodes on
the clamorous chorus. No brakes, no breaks, no mistakes.

Look in the mirror first, ask yourself if you’re an idiot, messing up yourself and
the ones around you frequently, and turn thereafter your resilient speakers’
decibels to the absolute, illegal max. Even idiots deserve to go berserk at this
mean bad-ass motorrocker.

Underground dance maverick LEG PUPPY released a new single baptized
Johnny Pigman a couple of weeks ago. Actually, he doesn’t write singles, he
creates mind-and-psyche perplexing techno switchbacks. I still wonder how
this puppy’s brain works. Definitely in mysterious ways.

Turn Up The Volume wrote: “Leg Puppy keeps on expanding his intoxicating sound
and vibe-vicious vision with a brand new motorized electro-house-techno serpent, named JOHNNY PIGMAN. It races and rushes, forth and back, like a runaway car going nowhere
fast with Johnny Pigman at the wheels. Does he crashes in the end or what? I suppose this sadomasochistic brainbreaker is the harbinger for more to come from that mysterious
pigman character.”

Now you can watch how that Johnny scoundrel rides on his Harley into Sin City.
He looks like an Easy Rider for psychos who only come out when the night hides
